1 on 1 Private Sessions

1-on-1 Private sessions are designed for those new to CrossFit who are unable to make the OnRamp schedule, have a unique work schedule, or just feel more comfortable working on a 1-on-1 basis. These one-on-one sessions will provide you with the techniques and skills necessary for maintaining safety and maximizing growth in strength and confidence while performing the CrossFit movements. There will be a total of 6 private sessions and will be scheduled with one of our trainers at a time that works best for both parties.
